When someone is ethnocentrism or thinks collective, like they hear on the news, some white guy murder an innocent black women. A black man might think and say to himself white people are killing my own people, they are going to pay. Next thing you know he beats up a random white guy for revenge. Enthocentrist people think as a group not as someone who is selfish like an individualist.
