You flip the same coin 100 times. Amazingly, the first 99 flips all come up heads. How probable is it that this is not a fair coin?

I have no idea how we're supposed to measure the probability that it's not a fair coin...

I'm not even sure there is a way to measure it, but we can find the chance that after flipping a coin 100 times, heads comes up 99 times.
