this is really written very poorly i assume the denominator is actually \[\cot\left(\frac{\pi x}{2}\right)\]

then taking the derivative with the chain rule, you get \[-\csc^2\left(\frac{\pi x}{2}\right)\times \left(\frac{\pi}{2}\right)\]
