Why do cells use fat and starch for long-term energy storage instead of ATP molecules? Help please @AkashdeepDeb or @thomaster

OpenStudy (akashdeepdeb):

ATP molecules are stored in the muscle for immediate use and short intensity exercises. Also it is hard to break down fat immediately because of the strong bonds in the molecular chain
