ATP molecules are stored in the muscle for immediate use and short intensity exercises. Also it is hard to break down fat immediately because of the strong bonds in the molecular chain
Thats it :) I understand it also.
I have a question where do animals store there long term energy is it in the fat?
:)
This is the other question I have Describe the transfer of energy from the glucose in food, to ATP, to a cell’s movement and other functions.
