Think about it for a second, which makes sense, it's simple

Is it the secretary of state that makes important foreign decisions?
Is its goal to MAKE a country be more democratic?
Does congress really have a preference for importance of domestic or foreign policies?
Does the president work in isolation? (Who is to say the president likes to work in isolation?)

Do three of those questions strike as a little weird or opinionated?
