Well lets start with this. Which one do you think includes an error. You know a comma is placed between two adjectives or two sentence fragments. So look for the sentence that separates the sentence rather than joins it.

First of all, you should mark out any answers that you DON'T think it is. Eliminate.

The answer is B though.

if you read this one out loud, it doesn't sound right, because of that comma. The rest all make sense.
