Help!!!!!!! Is this a good essay to show how a teacher inspired me? Its due tomorrow HELP!!!!!!!!! Everyone has an individual that inspired them right? It may be because of their songs, their creativity or of how smart and genius they are. Anyway i think that my individual is the person who inspired me is Gloria Montalvo…. Mrs. Montalvo was born on February 21, in Puerto Rico. The way she taught was completely different compared to the teacher I had in my 6th grade. When I was in 7th grade I decided to take her Spanish course. After loving her class, I continued with that course my 8th
grade year. She is very nice, understanding, and has an amazing pace. She isn’t too fast, not too slow, she was perfect. The way she graded our assignments was at a high school level. She wasn’t too easy on us. The most important is that she cares and makes sure that we understand the language, the background, and makes sure that we were speaking it correctly. She did a lot for me as a student and as a friend. Not only she inspired me, she also helped me with deciding what I wanted to do in high school. Not only that her teaching inspired me, but also her personality as well. She is caring, and she always put others before herself and made sure everyone was happy. Mrs. Montalvo is a woman who is very strong and who I still admire today! I think that she is my grand idealized role model, The Importance of Teaching Spanish to America’s Youth Most people would love to be able to travel to Spain or Mexico and feel comfortable with speaking the native language as well at the same time making themself a more valuable employee to any future employer. A simple way to achieve both of these goals would be to learn a foreign language more specifically Spanish. Many children have the option in their class rooms to elect to learn Spanish but just as many have the opportunity many do not or just do not take advantage of it. Some parents or children taking the classes see it as a waste of time that English is the only language they should ever have to learn. Although everyone is entitled to their opinions, especially when concerning their child’s education there is a high importance that is among America’s adults to teach Spanish to children while they are still of school age. It is important for America’s youth to learn Spanish as a second language in today’s world to help further them in their social, professional, and educational endeavors. To be able to give the adults of tomorrow all the tools that are essential to go above and beyond in their lives with their professional careers they must learn to speak a foreign language mainly Spanish. By becoming bi-lingual our children will become more marketable for their future employees and more versatile in their everyday lives. According to the University of Indianapolis “Employers are seeking applicants who can speak Spanish in nearly every profession (medical, government, legal, journalism, finance, education, sales, etc.) ("University Of Indianapolis", 2013) with this being public knowledge it is very clear that knowing a second language will enhance someone’s future career opportunities. There is a great importance in teaching our children Spanish, while Spanish is only the world’s third most spoken language after Mandarin Chinese, and... Teachers are more than just individuals who instruct others about a particular subject; they are people who change lives and inspire us to do great things. Educators can ignite a fire of interest in a particular field of study, they can encourage a talent and help you craft it or they can simply just be the reinforcement and moral support that you need in life. One language sets you in a corridor for life. Two languages open every door along the way. Language is the road map of a culture. It tells you where its people come from and where they are going. Learning new languages is having the world in your hands. All the doors are open to those who are efficient in communication. You don’t have to be a perfectionist in grammar in order to communicate efficiently. In every language there are shortcuts & key words that allow you to understand & make yourself understood in that language
I will just take the zero and not even bother doing this
