@Azureilai @BadgerOverLord @CoolKatt16 Which equation represents "the sum of eight times a number and seven is twice the number"? 8(7 + 2N) 8N = 7 + 2N 7N + 8 = 2N 8N + 7 = 2N
8N + 7 = 2N
8n+7=2n
Thanks guys!

lol
hahah that sucks!
Why is there a"+" sign after the fraction
That's how it says for my school work
ohhh wait after the "+" it's a 3 so it would be +3=27
If the + sign holds no significance you would simply multiply the 4 on both sides leaving you with 3x = 108 and then you divide the 3x by 3 and do it to both sides both isolating the variable and receiving your answer.
So what your saying is it's: \[3x/4 + 3 = 27\]
so 3 x 108?
so 32?
let me write this down.
Except for the fact that you left out the +3, so you will have to redo exactly how you did, but first you must subtract the three from both sides before anything.
idk. I'm lost and this is why I hate math lol.

which equation is that for?
Got it!
-51/7
explain to me why.
you first take the 2 to the other side. mutiply by 3 and then divide by 7
Of the 95 people enrolled in mathematics class, 93% are present. How many are present? 883 89 88 87
7x/3 =-17 7x = -51 and then you get -51/7
89 rather. you always round up for humans
Solve the following problem. Last year's sales were $13,500.00. Sales have increased 47% this year. How much is the increase? $
thanks.
19,845
explain.
Solve the following problem. The state university reported 1183 cases of flu in their student body for the month of January. If this was a 350% increase above the number of flu cases in the month of December, how many students had flu in December? students___ 414,050?
or 5,323.50?
you first get 47% percent of 13,500. And then add it to 13,500|dw:1380729593757:dw|
