Which of these is a correct step in constructing an angle bisector?

Use a straightedge to measure the bisected angles. Use a compass to join the point where the arcs cross the vertex. Use a compass to draw two equal arcs from the intersection points of a previous arc and the legs. Use a straightedge to draw arcs which intersect at a point.

None of them answers make sense to me but here's what you do: |dw:1380731618899:dw| if that makes sense... you use a compass to mark to points on the adjacent lines then move your compass over each point and create arcs then where the arcs intersect is you join that to the angle.
