They have a Gov already, a republic Government. Which is the best form of Government the one that the England and US have
(I would say the US adopted this form of GOV from the British,  [just like the Rill of rights, which was adopted for a different reason though,...]
(Although you might think that the US GOV is democratic.... read articles online if you disagree....! 
THE TRUTH IS THE US has a federal constitutional republic).

The Angola surprisingly does have a GOV (not surprisingly republic though....)

I am sure Angola has a lot of something unique and need (just like the Arabic countries have petroleum), maybe it is petroleum as well.
