ok, so do the numerator part first, whats 3 to the 4th power? its 81, and whats 4 to the 5th power? its 1,024... so multiply them... and you'll get 82,944.... now do the denominator part... 3 to the 6th power is 729.... and 4 to the 2nd power is 16... now multiply them... and you'll get 11,664... so now the fraction will be 82,944/11,664.... which equals.... 7.1
