If it drops 2.8 inches each week, then 2.8 times 4 = the number of inches dropped in four weeks, which = 11.2, so Part A is 11.2

B.
Same thing for Part B - 2.8 times 6. 2.8 times 6 equals 16.8 inches it dropped after six weeks.
