Which shows solutions to x + 4y = 9 if x and y must be whole numbers. A. {(0, 9), (1, 5), (2, 1)} B. {(2, 1), (1, 6), (0, 9)} C. {(0, 9), (1, 4), (2, 1)} D. {(1, 2), (5, 1), (9,0)}

OpenStudy (anonymous):

try substituting y=0 so it will be x+4(0)=9 which means x=9 when y=0 find in the solution sets where there is a (9,0)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think it's d because you use 1,2 ,5,1 and 9,0 in for x+4y=9
