Basically you are writing g(x), which equals 4f(x). What you need to do is to find the equation of f(x) from the data set(either by graphing or algebraically) and multiply that equation by 4 to get g(x)

yes I think so. It only indicates a vertical stretch, which only changes the y value and it was what your table showed.
