I wants this to be descriptive as possible, and if it helps I'm in year 10 :)

First of all, you can have the women getting flashbacks of her past life which can be "ideally perfect" before hre rape, and then switch back to the harsh reality facing in front of her. You will have to decide for yourself the psychology of the woman, for example whether she hates her child because of the rape, or because the child is essentially her child she still cares for the baby. Also, depending on her characterization of the woman, her reactions to the after effect of rape can change drastically.
