.... These are definitely not the correct definitions.   
diffusion is the spreading of something.  From a photographic standpoint, it usually refers to light.  It is also part of biology in cells diffuse gases and substances through their cell walls.
moratorium is like a temporary ban on something.
Achievement I'm pretty sure you understand.... to accomplish something.
Foreclosure is kind of hard to explain but I'm sure you know what it is too.
