OpenStudy (anonymous):

In a cell that is undergoing mitosis, sister chromatids have aligned along the cell’s equator, and spindle fibers have attached to the centromeres of the sister chromatids. Which of the following processes will the cell enter next?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

where are the processes?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Is it mitosis that is more significant than meiosis?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

or it can be both?

OpenStudy (shrutipande9):

it would enter anaphase...chromosomes aligned at the equator with spindle fibres attached is metaphase.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but if we will base to the question. Mitosis is more significant than meiosis because in mitosis, it is a nuclear division wherein its purpose is to repair, heal, tissue renewal and for growth and development. Just correct me if I;m wrong. :)
