Because sometimes " change an account " will have at the bottom " delete "

No... they were not all from Beginning.

I want to delete rest of them leaving 'Administrator' and 'Guest'

Just wondering.........did someone add these accounts to the computer, or did they randomly pop up? Because if they randomly popped up, I think you have a bigger issue on your hands.

I would get rid of them as quickly as possible. This could be a threat to your computer.

Ok than I think your computer will be fine. Just follow the steps in the link that @Opcode has provided. This will show you how to delete them.

Um.....I think that if you go in the control panel that is where you find the "User Accounts and Family Safety"

Not really sure I use a Vista. I think that is your computer management. Control Panel has everything you need to fix things.
