find the domain for 5m^2+m /7m

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So first... For this equation try to simplify the equation by factoring out an m in the numerator and crossing it out with the m in the denominator. Could you do that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so it would be 5m(m)+m/7m

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes 5m+1/7 so this is a linerar equation so your domain is from all real numbers

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so 5m+1/7 is my domain? now that the m was cancelled out it is impossible for 7 to equal zero so there are no excluded values for the domain? Am I correct? therefore it could be written as D = R
