What is the equation of the line that has a slope of 0 and a y-intercept of -2/3 A. 0 = -2/3x B. y = -2/3x - -2/3 C. y = -2/3 D. y = -2/3x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the y intercept is the term that has no x with it and we know that slope is the x term. since there's no slope we're looking for an equation with no x-term. and with a number that is like the y-intercept.
