OpenStudy (awkwardpanda):

My steps for this. Rewrite each equation in slope intercept form. Graph each line. 1. 4x-2y=3 Y=MX+B divide both sides by 2y. right?

OpenStudy (dan815):

you want to rearrange it so you have Y on one side and everything else on the other side

OpenStudy (dan815):

do you understand what iam saying?

OpenStudy (awkwardpanda):

I think so, so it would be 3=2y-4x?

OpenStudy (dan815):

it has to be in the form Y=some number*x+some constant

OpenStudy (dan815):

2y-4x=3 so lets say you add 4x to both sides what will happen?

OpenStudy (dan815):

wait a second.. where did you get 3=2y-4x from this is your real equation 4x-2y=3
