find the complex zeros of x^3+27. write f in factored form

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

\[\Large f(\color{red}x) =\color{red}x^3 + 27 \]

terenzreignz (terenzreignz):

Any idea how to start?

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

you function is the sum of 2 cubes and it can be factored by using \[a^3 + b^3 = (a +b)(a^2 - ab + b^2)\] you need to work out what a and b are in your problem the complex roots occur in the quadratic, so use the general quadratic formula to find them.
