Splott:
2x + 4 = –3x + 14
2x + 4 + 3x = –3x + 14 + 3x
5x + 4 = 14
5x + 4 + 4 = 14 + 4
5x = 18
5x over 5= 18 over 5
x = 18 over 5
And
Fizzle:
2x + 4 = –3x + 14
2x + 4 – 2x = –3x + 14 – 2x
4 = 14 – 5x
4 – 14 = 14 – 5x – 14
–12 = –5x
–12 + 5 = –5x + 5
–7 = x

This is what I have so far, but my teacher said there's one more:
The mistake is in the 4th row of the splott chart. It is not needed, because he added 4 instead of subtracting, which is what caused the mistake in the following row. There is also a mistake in Frizzle chart in the 6th row. He adds 5, not 5x, which is what leads to the incorrect answer in the final row.

Right , I got two of the errors, I just don't know the third:

It only takes one error for it to be wrong.

Actually the error occurred in the 5th row due to an arithmetic error.  It should read
"-10=-5x"
