Find the mean, median, and mode of the data set. Round to the nearest tenth. 2, 10, 6, 9, 1, 15, 11, 10, 15, 13, 15 A. mean = 8.9, median = 10, mode = 8 B. mean = 8.9, median = 10, mode = 15 C. mean = 9.7, median = 10, mode = 15 D. mean = 9.7, median = 8, mode =15
mean is all the numbers added by the amount of numbers.
ok
To find the median you order the numbers from smallest to largest first. 1,2,6,9,10,10,11,13,15,15 Then cross them out from side to side (cross 1 and 15,2 and 15, 6 and 13) till you are left with either 1 or no numbers to cross out. If there is one number than that is your median if there is two you add them together and divide them by two.
In this case it is just one number so it is 10.
mode is the most common number.
so it is 15.
mean is the average of all of them so add them up and divide by the amount of numbers there are, meadian is the one in the middle so place them in order and find which one is in the middle,, mode is the one that u see the most often so whichever number shows up the most
