I know that you divide them, but it keeps telling me that my answer is incorrect

Directrix (directrix):

@najaas What is the answer you entered?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

7.32

Directrix (directrix):

I think you have a decimal point in the wrong place. Check your calculation.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I keep getting the same thing on my calculator

OpenStudy (anonymous):

or is it 1.36

Directrix (directrix):

There is something weird going on with my calculations, too. I'm trying to figure out if there is an error in the problem statement. But, click on this link to see a different answer: http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=54+gigabytes+divided+by+737+megabytes+%3D

Directrix (directrix):

Try that answer and see what the response is.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that answer was correct, thank you @Directrix

Directrix (directrix):

@najaas You are welcome. I'm still puzzling over why the actual division did not work for you or for me.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think I figured it out, they gave the wrong power of ten prefix for megabytes. It should be 10^6 not 8 @directrix
