What is the difference between Drift current & Diffusion current ?

One is due to majority charge carriers, one is due to minority.. that's your clue.. can u now try to make sense of which one is drift and which one is diffusion!? :) we say drift, when charges can drift IN (positive) or OPPOSITE (negative) direction of the electric field.
