HELLLPPPPPPPPPP MEE PLEASE!!!!!! Fat and ATP are different molecules that can both be described as molecules that store energy. Compare the functions of these molecules in terms of energy storage.
help please
fats in order to obtain energy need to undergo a catabolic pathway which requires loads of enzymes and many intermediate compounds are formed....but in case of atp just breaking of 1 bond between phosphates releases energy....
thanks can you help with one more please?
sure...
ok one sec
Most of a cell’s functions cannot use energy directly from the food we eat. Describe how the energy from food can be transferred to forms your cells can use.
food is broken down...glucose present is further broken down into 2 pyruvate molecules. this process is called glycolysis. pyruvate enters krebs cycle to produce NADH2 FADH2 ATP. these NADH2 and FADH2 enter ETS and are converted to ATP.
