how do I replay to message people write me

On the top where it says the subject, there should be a mail symbol and click it and there should be an arrow <- below the X click the arrow and you can reply

Click as in the Mail symbol or click the message they sent you to show it bigger?

If the Mail doesn't show a box with all the messages then try to reset your computer or refresh the page or use a different browser. If you are asking about a messages that appear in the Tab after you clicked the mail, you can't make it bigger what ever you see is what ever they wrote, that is how you view it
