I'll do the first one, then you do the rest. For n(-3), we're considering the point when t = -3 since the original expression is n(t). We are told n(t) = m(t) + 2, so in this case, n(-3) = m(-3) + 2. To find m(-3), look at the graph - you can see that when t = -3, m(t) = -1 (you can think of t as the x value and m(t) as the y value, the function of t). Soooo...what we have is n(-3) = -1 + 2, so n(-3) = 1.
