viscocity of paints lies between that of solid and liquid :) if its solid its difficult to paint it and if its too liquid its difficult to retain on the wall :) soo it will be some viscous so that it can hold the wall wall:) if ur painting the wall:)
Viscosity is a measure of how people have defined the idea of a liquid and solid. Chemicals don't care what people define "states of matter" to be. It's all ridiculous honestly. But don't tell anyone I said that...
