three point one times ten to the negative twelfth

well none of these are in scientific notation yet... they are just written out, but if you write them out , they all seem like sci. notations:
\(11*10 ^{21}\)
\(5.7*10^9\)
\(3.1*10^{-12}\)
\(1.6*10^{-5}\)

all of them can be simplified... but for the first one, you just need to add a decimal point and zero to calculate which way to add the power of 21
