I agree with Samuraisam that the bowl will have 5 cups of water to start with assuming what is in the bowl is 75% juice and 25% water. Adding 4 more cups of water would make 9 cups of water and 15 cups of juice (since 3/4 of 20 is 15). So, the percentage of juice is now 15/24*100 or 62.5%.
