If I'm a senior graduating school at the end of the year. What would I have to do to do a foreign exchange program from the U.S.A. to Japan to study in animation/game design...?

If you are doing the exchange program through high school. talk to your counselor for information, If you are doing it through college, talk to your counselor over there to ask for any information. You might also need to qualify/pass the language test, but that is only if you are going to a japanese university, and not a foreign university in Japan (I think). Basically, talk to the counselor or the program coordinator.
