On a simple circuit what happens when you decrease the current?

according to ohns law, V=IR V=voltage; I=current;R=resistance so V id directly proportional to I(current) when current is increased, voltage also increases bcoz V and I ARE DIRECTLY PROPORTIONAL TO EACH OTHER.
