Assuming what you wrote up there is \[ \angle PQR + \angle SQR = \angle PQS \] http://www.icoachmath.com/math_dictionary/angle_addition_postulate.html This looks very close to what you wrote up there. Unfortunately, what you wrote up there doesn't fit this diagram as in this diagram the equation is \[ \angle PQR = \angle SQR + \angle PQS \] so like, the = is shifted.. However, this seems the closest thing to your question. So I would go for answer B.

@pitamar the reason it doesnt look the same might be because mine is the measure of the angles, and what you wrote is just the angles.
