for the inequality y=-2/3x-2 would the slope be the -2/3 and would the y intercept be -6 if no please explain ????

@jdoe0001 and @zzr0ck3r

Your slope is correct. Your y-intercept is not. When in the form y = mx + b (which your equation is) b is your y intercept. Your b is not -6. What is it?

Also... y=-2/3x-2 is not an "inequality" so I'm a little confused why you called it that.
