I'm going to go with false on this one. Only because strobe lights blink so fast that I don't believe the human eye can't pick up a shadow, the pupil doesn't register it. And what other accessories can there be with the exception of color covers for the strobe, then maybe a possibility that the eye can pick up a shadow... so without accessories it is too strong.
