Well, it's good to have Geometry theorems to help us out. If a quadrilateral is inscribed in a circle, the opposite angles of the quadrilateral are supplementary. Does that help?

The measure of angle O is x. x + z = 180 because of the theorem. I don't know about these other options. No second option looks attractive to me. So, if I were answering, I would go with A and vigorously support that answer if it is marked incorrect.
