Which symbol would you use to represent steps or actions in a flowchart? a dimond, rectangle,oval, or a circle?

Well at least it doesn't show 28 flowchart symbols.
AND towards the beginning of the entry it states

The two most common types of boxes in a flowchart are:
• a processing step, usually called activity, and denoted as a rectangular box
• a decision, usually denoted as a diamond.

and yes maybe I was being a bit too critical of the graphic you posted. :-)
