A rectangle has a perimeter of 28 cm and an area of 48 cm squared. Find the dimensions of the rectangle.

you just take 28/2 (to find total of L and W) which is 14 then take 2 numbers, which sum of 14, that can go into 48. answer = L = 8 W = 6 *number sense version, none of that algebra crap*
