well right now in its current form, it is a scale in D Dorian mode; there are no sharps or flats. However, to turn it into d minor, the B\(\flat\) needs to be added. So the correct answer for this one is C. This is a natural minor scale, but if you need it in harmonic or melodic form, let me know and I can help you with that too.
