To divide by a fraction, multiply by its reciprocal. \[\frac{ q }{7}\div \frac{ q }{ 26}\] is the sames as \[\frac{ q }{ 7}\times \frac{ 26 }{ q }\] The q cancels, so you end up with \[\frac{ 26 }{7}\]. You could turn that into a mixed number... \[3\frac{ 5 }{ 7 }\]

17/5=3 2/5
