gdp will suppose to have been increasing because remember fuel in most countries is a scarce resource so an invention of technology other than the use of ordinary fuel will decrease the scarcity of usage of fuel which will be great for us as economist .as you know that its our job to look for the next best thing (opportunity cost ) .so the ppc should also be improving as we will be utilising our resources
