OpenStudy (psymon):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Dear I need answer of of the both with calculation to show my teacher

OpenStudy (psymon):

Do you want to understand how to do it, though, or you just want us to give the answers? Just making sure :/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

plz explain how to do this... it will help me in next term exam

OpenStudy (psymon):

Well, probability is the amount of successes divided by the amount of total possibilities. So because there are 77 students, the denominator will always be 77 for this problem. In part a, your "successes" will be people taking either stats or finance. So The answer to a is (stats or finance) / 77 Kind of make sense so far?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

m sorry i dont understand

OpenStudy (anonymous):

We have to draw a venn diagram here

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Please let me have both answers of a) and b) if u can with explanation

OpenStudy (anonymous):
