Yah, they have done school programs a few times too.  It is a really nice way to give the younger coders a real goal they can aim for.

Yes even they have a program for college students GSOC. It starts in March though and have a stipend of $5500 for working from home two months during summer. I have myself participated in one during my college days. If anyone is interested to know more feel free to contact me.
