You need to distribute in the parenthesis first, and then the brackets. There are - signs in front of the parenthesis so you need to distribute a -1 into (3c-1) on both sides because they are the same. You will get [4-3c+1][6-3c+1]. Next simplify what is in the brackets. [5-3c][7-3c]. Foil the two brackets: 35-21c-15c+9c^2. Simplify to get (9c^2)-36c+35. Hope this helps.
