Are you trying to refer to people and why they post the 2 things you posted about "sexy" references or whatever. If so here's my answer:

Mostly the word or term "sexy" is just a "higher" or different word that almost relates to the word beautiful the reason people say "sexy" more often is mostly because people nowadays refer to "swag" and stuff so its probably that new word people like to use. To be honest I hardly ever say the word "sexy" in description of people so far, but I have said it before however.
