33+x should be the answer

jigglypuff314 (jigglypuff314):

for the equation \[3x ^{3}+9x ^{2}+x+3\] you can factor out a 3x^2 out of the first two parts so \[3x ^{2}(x+3) + (x+3)\] then you can factor out (x+3) to get \[(x+3)(3x ^{2}+1)\] then you can probably get your answer from there :)
