well try

I should know this for crying out loud how am i in the eleventh grade taking pre-calc and don't know this

OpenStudy (anonymous):

To solve I did x(3x^2 4x + 2) and 4(3x^2 4x + 2) but then that's where I got confused... -3x^3 - 4x^2 + 2x and -12x^2 - 16x + 8 is what I got.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

where are the negative signs in the problem

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do I just smoosh them together and then combine like terms?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think I understand how to solve it now. Thanks! I kind of talked myself through it. :)
