f(x) = 7 arctan(6 e^x) find f'(x)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The derivative of arctan (u) = du/(1 + u^2) so the derivative of arctan (6e^x) = 6e^x/(1 + (6e^x)^2) Final answer is: 7 times 6e^x, or 42e^x/(1 + (6e^x)^2))

i had that answer but i multiplied 6e^x(1 + (6e^x)^2)) by 7 qhich got me wrong. thanks for ur help
